Our fruit is always tree ripened for absolute goodness
and we ship it just the way it comes off the branch. There is never color added to
improve the outside appearance of the fruit.
Citrus Fruit doesn't gain full color until we have
a lot of 40° nights in Florida; so don't be concerned if there is still some
green showing on the peel. The fruit is ripe and does not continue to ripen once
it is picked.
