How do I know you received my Online Order?
You will receive a confirmation of your Order via e-mail, a few minutes after you have placed it in our Online Store. We receive the same confirmation and start preparing your Order right away, for shipment the next day.
If
you don't receive an e-mail confirmation (and you did give us your correct e-mail address), then your Order was not placed and we cannot ship your goods. (This rarely happens.)

Is my Credit Card information Secure?
Yes! Our Secure Server uses 128-bit (the highest possible) encryption technology to ensure that your Credit Card Information is kept confidential. And your Card details are stored in a separate secure database, not in the online Orders database.

I want you to bill my Credit Card for future Orders. Can you keep my details on file?
For your convenience (and if you indicate in the appropriate box at checkout), we will maintain your Credit Card details in our confidential Records for future Orders that you may wish to place with us. Many of our clients already use this facility.

How can I pay?
Online, we accept all major Credit Cards, and will soon be able to accept your Check online too.

How is my Order Shipped?
Most orders are USUALLY sent within 1-2 business days (PROVIDING the product you ordered is in season). HOWEVER, during the December rush period orders CAN slip to 3-4 days before they get out the door. In addition, Fresh Fruit Orders are only shipped every 2-3 days in order to catch the fastest delivery vehicles heading to your area. Generally speaking, most orders should arrive within 3-7 business days from receipt of your Order. IF YOU ARE WANTING DELIVERY URGENTLY OR ON A SPECIAL DATE, PLEASE E-MAIL US DIRECTLY TO DETERMINE IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUIREMENT. Most Orders are shipped via UPS to Street Addresses throughout the USA and Canada.

When, after I place an Order, are web orders shipped?
If the fruit you have ordered is in season your order is usually shipped the very next day, for delivery within 1-3 days across the USA.

What if I want a shipment sent on a specific date?
Give us the date you would like product to be shipped on the Shipping Details comment line.

Must I also call to confirm a web order?
No, unless you are not sure about something with your order. Please do not duplicate a web order with a separate phone-in order, as this will result in two orders being shipped.

I want to send the same Order to a number of different people - how can I do that?
After you have Ordered Once, our store will remember you (if you are using the same computer) and you can shop for another recipient - you will only have to change the Shipping Details and input your Credit Card Number again.
Please include recipient's phone number and ensure that all street addresses are correct; Zip Codes are also required to insure prompt delivery and avoid delays and disappointments.

What about Zip Codes?
For prompt delivery, we must have the correct Zip code for every recipient. We appreciate your help with this.

Can I ship my Order to a PO Box address?
Preferably not! We need a street address for proper delivery and to ensure that your shipment arrives without delay. Occasionally we will ship to a PO Box address for candies that do not contain chocolates. Please check our Guarantee page for details regarding shipments to PO Boxes.

What if the fruit I ordered is out of season?
If you ordered fruit that is about to come into season, we will hold your shipment until that fruit is available and then ship. If the season has passed, we will usually substitute as permitted. Check our Guarantee page for details .

Do you substitute fruit if my selection is out of season?
We may occasionally do this if your selection is not going to be available for some time and/or you have indicated on your order that we may substitute if required. Check our Guarantee page for details.

If you substitute fruit, how do I know that I will get similar quality and value?
Our 33 years in the Gift Fruit Shipping business have taught us just how to keep our customers happy, and we will ensure that any substitutions are replaced with equal value and quality. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

What about shipments to Rural Routes?
On all rural route and post office box addresses, please provide telephone number and complete directions to place of delivery. Use the comments box in the Online Order form.

Can I tell you what to say on the Gift Card?
Sure! Just fill this in, using the "Comments" box at the bottom of the Product Order form.

I have some special instructions about my Order that I would like to give you - how can I do that?
Use the Comment Form on the Online Order Checkout page, at the bottom of the Shipping Details section.

What about Shipping & Sales Tax Charges?
Shipping is added at Check Out - $5.95 per item throughout the lower 48 States plus an additional $4.95 per item for extra freight & inspection fees if being shipped to these States - AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, MT, NE, NV, ND, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY.
Sales Tax of 6% is only added to non-fresh food items that are delivered within the State of Florida. (eg. citrus candies are taxed within Florida, but not fresh fruit trays.)
