1. Glaze Ribs or Pork
Pepper jelly and barbecue are a natural match. Brush Davidson of Dundee Jalapeño Pepper Jelly over ribs during the final stages of cooking for a sticky, sweet-and-spicy glaze.
You can also mix it with your favorite barbecue sauce, a little apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce for an easy homemade pepper jelly BBQ glaze.
